I appreciated how easy the process was online and how quickly the manager got back to me about it. She was super friendly and professional. It was easy to find my storage unit and everything was clean. I had no problem feeling like my things were secure here.

Advertised as indoor boat storage, but when I arrived, the attendant was very apologetic and informed me the boat would NOT fit through the door. I ended up renting an out door spot, but I really need an indoor unit, or at least one that is covered. Very disappointed that the ad did NOT reveal measurement of door frame. Wasted both of our time, but she was very kind and helpful and was not aware the ad said indoor boat storage.
