Eileen was fast and efficient. No problems! Was a little disappointed that they promised half priced for the first 3 months, but prorated the first month (3 days), and counted it as one of the discounted months. Otherwise, good experience!

Paperwork wasn't long and drawn out. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Facility and my unit were clean and free of trash and debris. BUT 24 hours upon my renting agreement, I attempted several times to enter the pass code into the keypad and was denied entry. I attempted again yesterday and still did not gain entry. Please HELP! Thanks!

There was a fire at the site under the previous management and it has not been cleaned up. The fire fencing makes it very difficult for me to access my unit with a 26' moving truck. Hopefully SROA will address this issue in short order. The new property manager Keaton was very professional and was timely at calling me back. I had to complete paperwork in person, there was not an option to prove I had current renters insurance on line or with the on-line rep. Only on-line option was to pay for SROA renters insurance the first month then remove it. Keaton was also helpful on this subject.
