Public Storage - Wichita - 1445 S Tyler Road

The unit was dirty but the light actually worked. I was trying to leave 5 minutes after 9 pm and couldn't get out.I wish that a 15 minute leeway was allowed. It took me an hour to get out.

There were no issues moving to public storage place for us. The store manager was very friendly and helpful.

Recommend to anyone needind a storage facility.

LIKE HOW EASY THE BOOKING ON LINE WAS, NOT HAPPY WITH THE KEY LOCK, BRING YOUR OWN, NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP ME FIND MY UNIT TEXTED ME ONE # NOT THE SAME AS MY UNIT ACTUALLY WAS SO A BIT CONFUSING - OVERALL GATED AND SHOULD WORK FINE

The parking spaces for trailers and RVﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s are large enough to easily get the vehicle into.

My rental experience with Public Storage on S. Tyler has been exemplary, from the first conversation on the phone to the in-person finalization of paperwork. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The facility is clean and well maintained. Kudos.

Brianna made getting a unit easy to understand and simple to do. She offered us two units based on the description of what we were storing and helped us figure out what would be better for our needs.

Storage units are very clean and accessable. Amy that works with me was very helpful I have used them for a couple years. Will us them again next year for storage for ours church garage sale.

Kellogg and Tyler location was really friendly and helpful. When I called another location they acted like I have no idea what I was taking about and tried to get me into a storage that would not of worked for all my belongings.
