Great Good service good area helpful and proficient nice and secure

I liked the reserve online and pay. Would've liked to have someone there to meet so I knew who was in charge and who to discuss my concerns with. I prefer to stop into the office and just ask my questions.

Rented the space at Public Storage because my original storage location was distant and overly expensive for the amount of stored items I now have. I have now addressed the total square footage needs and will, in a short time, close out my original storage area. My selection of this Public Storage company area was location and cost. Both are perfect for me.

Recommend to anyone needing storage facility.

Remington the onsite manager was amazing, and provided extremely wonderful customer service. My husband even mentioned how pleasant he was, and my husband probably wouldnt smile if you told him he won the lottery and got to have every hot girl in the world!!! We've had quite a few storages in the past, and none of them can compare to our experience at this location. You have an awesome employee, and if he does not receive recognition for these reviews he really should. I used to only write reviews if we received bad customer service, because I used to think if you're acting as the face and voice of the industry you work for, whether as a CEO or as a cashier you want to represent your company the best way forward. It not only reflects on the company in general, but how that company treats and values it's employees. Employees that are listened to and treated well will love their job which will then reflect on how they perform their job. Anymore, its almost the norm to receive bad customer service where it's apparent the employees hate their job, so it was very nice and unexpected for us to receive such great service and help me remember we shouldn't settle for less

Remington in Wichita KS was professional and curtious and called me after I made my reservation. The store was clean and the unit as well. I will recommend to my family and friends to use Public Storage. He was polite and did a wonderful job.

everything is fine but i haven't moved anything in yet. it really urinated me off that i had to buy one of your cheap crap locks for $20 !!

I needed to unload our daughters stuff that we brought back and I didn't have a place to go with it. I went to Public Storage on W MacArthur and the size I needed they didn't have but she checked her sister location just off Seneca and they had the size I needed. By the time my husband and I got there Katherine had already called Heather and let her know we were coming and what size storage building I wanted. Heather was very helpful and I couldn't ask for better service than what we got. They even had bottled water so while we were unloading we could have something to drink. WOW that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I really like this storage place. They are very clean & they took really good care of my thing's while i was away. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone. There great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. the units are fair priced. my only complaint, though i do understand why it is the way it is, the fact that there is not 24 hours access has placed me in a bind more than just a few times over the course of the few weeks i've been renting my unit. the staff is willing to work with you on the matter but you do have to call or at least communicate with them that access is needed later. they will help you out. But if something comes up after office hours. your out of luck. have to wait until 6 am. even if the hours were more like 6am to 11 pm it would be a great help to me. but as it sits. i have contemplated canceling my lease here to move several times in just a few weeks, the first time being within just about 12 hours after having gotten the unit due to this restriction. If 24 hour access is not needed. i would very much recommend this facility however i may need to find somewhere else soon due to the restrictions.

I came in yesterday looking for pricing information and I was greeted with a bright smile from Lena. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and and friendly.

This is by far the best storage unit companyI have used. Lena and Heather were both professional, informed, and honest. They both thoroughly answered all of my questions, and provided assistance in the selection of the properly sized unit. The prices are extremely affordable. I feel like my personal belongings are safe, and maintained within these storage units. I would not use any other facility, and I strongly recommend this company to anyone in search of renting a storage unit. Amazing customer service.
