Service was excellent and the manager was super helpful and friendly. I recommend this facility for your storage needs and I would use them again.

I did think it said 24 hour access and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not. Wish the hours were past 9pm

the manager there was very courteous and professional, helped me in every aspect of my move in. He needs a raise!!!!!

Like the fact i could rent it online and it was ready when I was ready didn't have to have any contact with anyone....... Only down side I believe it needs cameras in this facility

The unit was clean and ready to go on move in with a new lock and keys inside. Easy to follow instructions on finding the unit. Overall a good experience.

This place is so unleveled! A person could bottom out their car driving through this facility. There are holes all over the place in the asphalt as well. It was also hard to find my unit, I suggest directional signage.

The reservation check in went smoothly. We didn't actually move items in until Sunday and there was a lock already on our unit but the manager was there and able to assist. They had just put their own lock on until we arrived. Thankfully someone was there to help since we were unaware that was a possibility. Unit was clean upon arrival. First month was only $1 so that was nice.

It was a clean space. They had tarps and other necessary items possibly needed for storage that were priced decently as well.

The manager was polite, and called me to confirm an online reservation. And the price was very good with a great special. The facilities are clean too.

Reserved my unit online which was a very easy process it really breaks down exactly what size unit you will need for your move. When I came into the facility I was greeted with a nice smile and warm welcome. We went and toured my particular storage unit and I was pleased with the accessibility. I was informed that I would HAVE to purchased one of their locks which was $20 I wasn't expecting to spend. Also throughout the process I felt constantly pressured to purchase additional items. I also wish it was outlined online that you HAVE TO purchase insurance. I was more than happy to purchase it for myself however I do wish would've been informed of that prior to my visit. I walked in expecting to only spend $25 and walked out spending $100. They assured me I was spending more out of pocket now so that my monthly price was cheaper which it was so I didn't complain to much about the pricing. I just wish I would've been informed of the extra cost prior to coming in. Other than that I had a good experience with the office and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If you decide to go with this place expect to spend more than advertised on website. These units are definitely the best priced in town I looked at a lot I different units before making the decision to go with public storage.

Kayla was extremely helpful when I had a special request when I rented a storage unit. She showed me several and let me pick which one would work best for me. Every time I see Kayla she is always friendly, kind and very helpful. I wish every company had customer service representatives like Kayla. If you need a storage unit, I would highly recommend this place. Ask for Kayla for great service!
