We relocated. Stressed and trying to return the rental truck we arrived at the storage unit. It went half up then got stuck! I called customer service (who was in NY) and was given inaccurate and misguided information. Willing to wait “20 minutes for someone to arrive from a partnered facility”, we started loading the unit with the door halfway up, we got all the items in the unit and no one ever arrived an hour later. I called back and was then told there was no one available. With the unit half way up, I couldn’t leave my items unsecured and the customer service representative was sort of rude. It was a Saturday, it was hot hot and I was tired tired. I then got an incoming call from a Manager who was there in less than 10 minutes to help poor lil ol me! He got the unit down and stated that particular unit does stick and not sure why it was rented. He offered me water and I was on my way! Thank you to that store manager for helping me and being honest!!!!

Was very easy to find a unit in area I needed, with my price range. Liked that I could reserve the unit with the price that was advertised.

I'm neutral.will get back with more detailed review later on. But customer was great when I had to fix gate code when I got to facility.. had it temporarily changed to work for time being pretty fast.

Online and on the office door of the building it has office house when you go in you have to video chat with someone not on site. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s annoying and they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let you finish your sentence.
