I'm hoping to have a better experience with this company than with Public Storage.

I have been trying for 10 days to get someone to call me back. In order to pay your storage fees you have to log into the portal and pay, or call in. Last month I called for days, but finally got someone. Was told they would get me set up for the portal and call me back; took my payment over the phone. Never called back with my portal info. This month I've been trying for 10 days now to pay my fees. Left countless messages, drove over there (of course they are not in the office), Even called other locations trying to get help. No one ever calls back. If moving wasn't such a pain I would just remove my belongings. I'm sure next I'm going to see is notices that I haven't paid for my storage unit.
