$35 a month isn't bad but what I dislike is paying a company insurance for that. When I first looked at it it said nothing about renters insurance. And now I am paying $55 and being out of state for a contract. They get one over on people.

Big Shout out to Dana!! She runs both the Hydraulic and Pawnee locations. She does and excellent job of patrolling the properties and stays aware of what's going on.
